I am Certified in Structured Family Recovery and recommend families get the book, It Takes a Family by Debra Jay. I also recommend How Al-anon Works and the Courage to Change, both available through Al-Anon. We can work in a highly structured format with these books as our guides or I will design a format more organically based on your family dynamics. The process will be empowering and enlightening.
