Joe McQ dies - Trailblazer in addiction clarification

Kelly Foundation, Inc. I salute you Joe McQ and thank you for your life ... I met Joe in Scarborough in the UK when he came with Charlie P for a Big Book Study Weekend in the late nineties. He touched my heart. I now work in the recovery field and only have the courage to carry the burden of professional duties because of his trail-blazing work. His integrity and clear leadership around ethics and the possibility of people in their own recovery clinically helping a 21st century generation understand the underlying message of spiritual hope that addiction conveys to humanity is unparallelled. We are all addicted to oil and the fabric of human spirituality is frayed. Joe McQ stands tall and clear in the message of his life with a voice that illuminates the darkest corners of beleagured communities urging them to listen to the redemptive message of the recovered outcasts of this age. God has always touched the lives of the marginalised, the lost, the drunks, the whores and the criminals first when he revitalises his message to His own creation. Joe McQ carried his message faithfully and well and is a giant link in the present chain of transmission of Love and the Language of the Heart. Love to you Andrew D - Hull, England www.addictionresolution.com

BBC NEWS | UK | Obesity likened to climate change Eating disorder is a form of social and personal addiction that is now being seen more clearly. It is not the food that goes in through the mouth that starts the problem.

The Golden Calf of money as a commodity and a target obsessed political system coupled with religious disintegration are symptoms of a wider urgency that eventually urges individuals to wake up to their personal meaning dilemma.

In the 'metaphysical' it is what is eaten by the eyes and ears that prepares the inner diction disintegration - political spin and broken, empty words lead to addictive and innappropriate filling attempts by individuals in a 'physical' compensation to meaninglessness that is fatal.

There is a solution to all forms of addiction. However, a metaphysical problem requires a metaphysical solution.

Another look at Islam in these addicted times

The Quran on Spiritual Perception In all addicted situations words become broken - views distorted.
